Job Description

    Dear CandidateGreeting for the dayWere Hiring For IT Support With LMS/ LOSExperience - 3 + YearsNotice Period - o 15 Days*Location Mumbai ( Thane)The company is looking for passionate candidates willing to take on responsibilities and challenges of working in an agile environment.Key Responsibilitie1. Monitor and manage production system components, integrations and interfaces 2. Address day to day application support queries from users, resolve or route them as per the issue classification. 3. First point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues across LOS, LMS and third-party interfaces. 4. System Administration for troubleshooting application issues 5. Troubleshoot production issues, work with application development team in resolution or creating temporary or permanent fixes. 6. Reproduction of production issues in test environment to identify / pinpoint incidents 7. Analysis of incident and problem symptoms. 8. Monitor application uptime, SLAs defined and communicate to stakeholders 9. Maintain product specs 10. Application user access management, log reviews and audit compliance checkpoints 11. Maintain JIRA for change, incident and user management 12. Maintain and update status of tech issues of leads on LeadSquared 13. Coordinate with Vendors/ stakeholders in Product/ Ops/ Credit 14. Understanding of vision of the product and work with tech teams 15. Project Management and publishing MIS / reports to senior managementRequirements
    1. Ability to balance a lot of information, priorities, and tasks, across a number of areas
    2. Hands on experience in technical support
    3. Experience in managing third party interfaces and working with cross functional teams across multiple locations
    4. Previous working experience in financial domain is preferred
    5. Working knowledge of tools such as Grafana / Kibana
    6. Worked in AWS cloud environment
    7. Experience on Python, Java, SQL and Unix will be an added advantage
    8. 4+ years of experience in application production support, incident management
