  • Regularly update process manuals
Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization s standards and laid out SOPs
Framework & Boundaries
  • Master Service Agreement and SLAs signed off with operating companies
  • Relevant regulatory authorities like FCA / FSR, DWP, etc.
  • SOPs and Company policies
Superiors
  • Need based team meetings to discuss process updates
  • Monthly one on one meetings with the RM to review performance
  • Need based / escalation based interactions with the RM
Within the company:
  • Need based interactions with stakeholders in the UK
Outside the company:
  • IB: Intermediaries like Xchanging and the underwriters
  • Clients and the consumers (pensioners) of JLT services
