We have opening for Channel Development Manager (Insurance Marketing Firm) in below locations:Profile: Minimum 4 yrs experience in Life Insurance and at least 3 yrs experience in agency / broking channel.JOB SUMMARY:Implement the strategy to setup and develop the IMF Channel in the designated territory. Setup and manage a pool of 10-15 Insurance Marketing Firms/ Insurance Managers managing a revenue stream of around 2 cr.About IMF:Insurance Marketing firm is an entity registered by IRDA to solicit or procure insurance products as specified in regulation 3(a) of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Registration of Insurance Marketing Firm) Regulations, 2015, to undertake insurance service activities and to distribute other financial products by employing individuals licensed to market, distribute and service such other financial products.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:1) Understand the IMF regulation, value proposition & registration process2) Independently implement the IMF acquisition plan in the territory3) Identify potential leads and sources for prospective IMF s, coordinate with HO for referred leads4) Connect with prospects & organize seminars for IMF acquisition5) Ensure conversion of leads through effective pitch of IMF value proposition6)Ensure quality of IMF s in sync with desired profile7) Enable the setup of IMF of agreed prospects8) Ensure seamless contracting of IMF s with Max Life9) Manage performance of setup IMF s in steady stateo Develop understanding of products & coach IMF staff on product USP so Implement a performance management and rewards system o Drive IMF profitability through improving productivity of IMF s sellers & controlling cost of saleso Provide marketing, training and operational support to IMF so Manage attrition of IMF s through revival or replacementDrive quality of business sourced from IMF s10)Ensure right product mix and control key quality measures such as leakage and persistencySalary5 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.IndustrySales/MarketingWork Experience4 - 10 YearsQualificationProfessional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree,
