Job Description

    Dear Applicant,Hiring for Dialer Operations,Location - Vashishift : 4pm - 1amctc upto 10lpawork from officeExperience required :Candidate should be B.E/B Tech in TC or CS or IT with one year experience in Cisco PBX and overall experience in Dialer and Telecom of 3 yearsCandidate can be BSC or BCA if he has 5 to 6 years of experience in from above requirement and minimum 3 years specifically if that experience inCisco dialer / live boxRole and responsibilities: -
    • Works on design, implementation, and support activities for Cloud dialer, Avaya and Cisco Telephony Platforms.
    • Work with BU and project team requirement and implement the setup
    • Should be aware of US Compliance need and help to provide solution surrounding the compliance requirement.
    • Should work to resolve technical issues including system down, intrusion, and performance. Must consistently demonstrate solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Work internally and with vendor to develop document and PNPs.
    • Develop workflows and diagram for internal and external use
    • Participate in PCI and HIPPA audits and vendor interaction
    Requirements:-
    • Candidate should have worked in Dialer and PBX environment.
    • Candidate should be aware of managing network and VOIP connectivity.
    • Candidate should know to work on Linux and using putty and GUI.
    • Candidate should know at least one version if Cisco or Avaya PBX
