Job Description

  • The person will be responsible for reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is in violation of our Client s terms of services.
  • The contents cover Nudity, Hate Speech, Bullying, Self-Harm, Gore and Harassment. Ensure every piece of content in violation of client s terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner.
  • The Community Operations Analyst s goal is to fulfill 5% faster than the base productivity and 2.5% higher than the quality requirements of the client
  • Understand Client Policies and Guidelines
  • Review user reports regarding website content
  • Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures
  • Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
  • Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams
  • Read and write skills in English & Hindi is a must
  • Strong Read and write skills in regional language (Tamil or Bengali or Urdu)
  • Strong knowledge of cultural context in the transactions handled
  • Preferably a graduate with minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
  • Detail orientation and client focus
  • Passionate about the internet.
