Job Description

  • 7 years of domain experience in providing solutions around IT infrastructure management using CA Technologies Enterprise Management System in terms of implementation, solution design project management of EMS projects
  • Proficient in Designing and implementing solutions with CA Service Assurance tools
  • Worked extensively with EMS products from CA like CA SDM, NSM, Wily, ITCM, Ehealth, Spectrum, NetQOS & Access Control & NAGIOS CORE /NAGIOS XI
  • Plan, develop, review and implement an Enterprise Management System
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Preferred Certified on NagiosCA tool
  • Configuration, implementation and management of CA Wily, CA NetQOS, CA Access Control
  • Configuration, implementation and management of CA Ehealth , CA NSM, CA Spectrum , CA Service Desk Management, Service Operation Insight SOI, NAGIOS CORE /NAGIOS XI
  • Working knowledge of VMware,UNIX, Linux and scripting and databases SQL, MYSQL, Oracle, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat, IBM Websphere,
  • Event and alert management, SNMP protocol
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL V3 concepts.
  • Good communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Troubleshooting & Analytical skills.
