Job DescriptionHuman Resource Monthly Manpower Planning with the Management. Mapping the total requirements in the departments & collecting the requisition. Screening of resumes & short list the suitable candidates. Preparing letter of appointment & joining formalities. Conducting Induction Programmers. Identifying training needs in the company & planning for the same. Facilitating Performance Appraisal process. Co-ordinate the appraisal process for training, prohibition, confirmation etc. MIS- maintaining employee database & salary file of all employees & Payroll Process. Attending employees quires & grievances. Co-ordinate with departmental heads for smooth operation of the company. Calculations of PF, PT as per Labour laws. Calculation of Salary & Bonus. Maintaining Timekeeping records of employeesSalary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
