    Dear Candidates,Hiring for Human Resources Business Partner For Premium Pre school 18 LPARole: Human Resources Business PartnerMatric reporting:Functionally to Head-HRLocation: MumbaiRecruitment & Induction 30%
    • Accountable for overall talent situation for the cluster/region, though recruitment team is responsible. For few corporate hiring HRBP will perform direct recruiter role
    • Responsible for timely new-employee induction event for the region/cluster
    • Employee Relations & Communication 30%
    • Accountable to region/cluster employees faith on HR & leadership team
    • Visit all centres once month (minimum), twice a month (desired)
    • Keep a record of centrewise observation after each visit (follow template)
    HR Programme monitoring 20%EPS actions, Training overview, Performance Mngt success, Annual salary plan/action overview/controlling, BGV overviewHR Reporting 10%Statutory inquires, Service Awards, workplace issue closures, off-policy decisions, staff ratio & new hire controlling, Payroll supervision for the region/clusterEmployee Exit management 10%Prevention of employment exits and resolving workplace issues is the focusBe on top of employee exit data for the regionManage complex exits casesRole details::Be an HR SPOC for centres in the region/clusterFirst point contact for HR policy & clarification for all employees & managersHR contact for local statutory (labour laws) monitoring & controlHR Spoc for Corporate Centres (client relations) in the designated geographyHR signatory for employment documents (as per schedule)HRMS success champion for the cluster/regionCore Competencies:Excellent overall communication > Listening and ComprehensionConflict Management > 1 to Many Presentation skillsHR functional know-how (conceptual), KEY Labour LawsSuccess formula >> Credibility, Ownership, Consistency
