Responsibilities: Pre-exam coordination with Test Sitting Administrator (TSA) . Coordinate with TSA to understand the allotted row & collect the seating plan. Check that lighting of allotted row is adequate for the candidates to see properly, if not update your TSA. Check the ceiling of the hall to see that if there any CCTV cameras, update your TSA to get it covered. You must be ready with a Seating Plan to be able to guide the candidates to their seat. Check the right candidate is seated on the right seat of your allotted row. Need to follow test day instruction provided by TSA. Requirements: Bachelor (or above) qualification Proficient in relevant computer applications Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of administration and clerical processes,
