Job Description

JD : Java PMProject Manager with desire to manage scope schedule quality and team in a complex project engagement in India

  • Manage Java J2EE technology based development and maintenance projects distributed between Mumbai or Pune
  • Able to explain resolve the technical problems encountered by the team Deliver technology solutions and track estimation design and development tasks Define project schedules allocate resources monitor and report progress Manage the trioka of scope efforts and quality in a fixed price engagement
  • Foster partnership with customers stakeholders sponsors Identify and manage skill development for team members as per career growth aspiration and current project needs
  • Work in close coordination with Delivery Manager onsite Engagement Manager Track the capacity utilization of team and work with EM s for forecast Manage and track the team onboarding with right level of KT Participate in organizational initiatives as needed
  • Pri Technical experience in Core Java Struts Hibernate Spring SQL Oracle Angular Project management experience in application development maintenance Knowledge of Continuous Integration process and tools like Jenkins TeamCity Knowledge of quality practices and tools like Sonarqube Experience in using JIRA as project management tool Excellent communication and presentation skills Sec Preferable experience in automotive domain
