Responsible for providing independent, cost effective and efficient operations risk (OP) management solutions THOR ( ORM tool ) analysis ORM dashboards Provides insights and analyses on the current and potential threats to the achievement of the Company s business objectives, thus driving strategic, risk- aware decision making Deliver the new functionalities, processes, projects in Risk Management (such as New client segment enter, New major UW functionality deployment, Large risk process change, New risk IT system etc.) Manages a team of people who monitor risks associated with each process in the firm Signs off on new processes being introduced in the Company after ensuring that all associated risks are tracked and mitigated Works closely with legal, internal audit and other key control functions for integrated reviews Participation in communication with SPOCs for the OP risk from all the functions Identifying and understanding of training needs in the area of operational risk Creating, updating and maintenance of relevant policies and guidelines related to OP risk Follow up on standardized project methodology and ensure KRI reporting Manage process changes as mini- projects Responsible for overall co- ordination of the business excellence process across Risk function Mentor/ advise management on the formulation and implementation of process improvement plans Controls and reduces, when possible, operating expenses Key responsibilities: 1. Ensure HQ is aligned with key risks in West Zone 2. Ensure to travel on field and identify operational and process gap issues 3. Transfer of know- how and best practices in the management op. risks within the country 4. Works with heads of departments in Risk to address process concerns and suggest process improvements Qualifications: MBA / BCOm Required Skills: Advance Excel / Six sigma,
