1. Act as PMO Lead for large scale digital platform being developed in-house by the client. The client uses Scrum based Agile development methodology for development2. Responsible for overall program governance by providing a clear understanding of current program issues and forward-looking view of risks to the Steering Committee comprising of management representatives3. Review the effectiveness of mitigation strategies for key program risks at a program level4. Work in close co-ordination with client PMO In-charge, Product Management team, and Product Engineering teams to facilitate timely delivery as per defined plans and milestones5. Provide progress status reports as per agreed timelines to all key stakeholders to proactively managing risks and issues6. Act independently and provide an unbiased view of the program and project delivery teams activities to the Steering Committee and key management stakeholders7. Build a governance and risk management framework as necessary to facilitate success of overall program8. Highlight situations that lead to lack of appropriate accountability within the responsible teams9. Provide inputs on the adequacy of skills, resources and processes in place10. Review product / sprint backlog on a sample basis and provide inputs (if necessary)11. Provide inputs on the completeness of program delivery schedules and call out dependencies that may impact the ability of the team to achieve those timelines,
