    HiGreetings from Skywings AdvisorsWe are hiring for one of the bestLife Insurance companyManager -Banca channelLocation - Kankavli , Ratnagiri, Ichalkaranji, Kanna Chowk, UdgirBancassurance ChannelPackage - 20-25% hike given from your current CTC and experience(2.5 LPA - 4.25 LPA)Age- Max 38Education- GraduationExperience-Minimum 1 year Life insurance sales expMail - hidden_email(Contact Person - Tapaswini)For more information about other vacancies call / whatsapp- hidden_mobileJob Responsibilities For Banca Channel-:- Handling Branch and Employees , Providing product knowledge to branch employee.- Converting leads provided by company and assign branch- Maintaining relationships with branch Employees and existing customers.-Training, guiding, updating the RMs and PBs on life insurance concepts, selling skills, products of company, and processes.-Responsible and accountable for Channel Partners Sales/ Business targets for the allocated branches.-Assist /Help RM to generate leads and log into prospective applications and driving and motivating the branch staff along with the RM and providing support for logging in applications sourced.-Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as when required.-Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to-Provide all possible support to the channel partner as a face of parent company.-Ensuring timely issuance of policies with resolving all pending etc.
