Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Executing & Devising sales strategies on 3rd party platforms, such as BB/Swiggy/Amazon to achieve targeted revenues.
    • Tracking of campaigns and analysis of data to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Listing The Brooklyn Creamery on new platforms.
    • Onboarding of new dark kitchens on aggregator platforms.
    • Management of menus / storefronts on all digital platforms
    • Customer review management on digital platforms
    • Explore relevant associations with other digital partners & platforms like Cred, Cultfit etc.
    • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Work with marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns
    • Work with operations team to ensure good operational hygiene.
    • Work on ledger reconciliation
    • Ensure proper commercial hygiene and payments
    Candidate Requirements:3+ years of relevant experience with e-Commerce platforms / FMCG Sales
    • Good command over Microsoft word, PowerPoint and excel
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    Preferred Profile:
    • Must have a good understanding of the online consumer and shopping behaviour.
    • Should have experience working with e-commerce platforms in the past, listing products on them and growing sales via strategic interventions.
    • Candidate should understand on ground supply-chain & operations for the e-commerce channel.
