Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Support the IT Policy and Standards review process by:
    • Proposing language for new or existing IT Standards based upon regulatory guidance and best practices
    • Reviewing proposed language modifications by subject matter experts to ensure that the expectations for implementation are the same as it would be audited
    • Facilitating IT Standard changes by assisting the subject matter experts through the IT Standard change process.
    • Conducting gap assessments of authoritative sources against the IT Policy and Standards to ensure compliance with requirements
    • Identify gaps and assist in addressing regulatory gaps within the IT Policy and Standards
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Exposure to one or more of the following: Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance, NYDFS, SEC, FINRA, OCC, FRB, and State Insurance regulators, GLBA, Sarbanes-Oxley, FINRA, ISO2700x, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS.
    • Exposure or experience in Audit, Legal, Risk, Project Management, and/or Change Management
    • Ability to research and identify reliable regulatory or best practice resources
    • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with strong communication skills
    • Strong analytical, written and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail
