Job Description

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to outlook, Network connectivity, AD domain environment, printers issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Must be able to configure troubleshoot basic network devices, Printers, switches, wi-fi routers, Servers, LAN & VPN Connectivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Should be a self-learner and able to manage desktop Network level issues on his own.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Should be able to manage asset inventory.
  • Knowledge of ERP applications specifically SAP installation and troubleshooting experience will be plus.
  • Hand on experience on troubleshooting various issues related to Desktop / Laptops , Servers & Network.
