Role - Cluster HeadLocation - MumbaiJob Responsibilities :

Managing Team and Generate prospective Leads and Sourcebusiness from the open market
Come up with new ideas and innovative things to increase product Business
Team handling
Co-ordinating with SBI Branch operation team and ensure timely closure
Regular interaction / Co-ordination with Bank Relationship Managers to ensure after sales service
Regular contact with clients through weekly/monthly calls
Accessing Feedback and suggestion from customers for improvement
Learning and development of team
Building and sustaining effective sales process to continuously improve efficiencies
Work force management

Qualification : Graduation. MBA / Post graduation preferredExperience : 8-9 Years relevant experience in home loan sales
