Job Description

    opening for urgenthousekeepinglocation kandivalictc upto 2.50Roles and responsibilitiesoHouse keeping Monitoring Training of HK and security staff on respective tasks for trainingeffectiveness and frequency. Monitoring HK and security staff performance daily. Monitoring /assist in shift scheduling and arrange for replacements in cases of absence for HK staff. Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job. Respond and report to executives and managers for their complaints related to respective departments. Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas. Validate invoice and coordinate with production executive for invoice approval. Set up reviews with Executive team on monthly basis. Taking cleaning related swabs from all areas and validate results with QA team.o Laundry Check laundry cloths received from laundry. Coordinate with laundry person for garment replacement and repairing, new garment related issues. Coordinate with laundry person for garment replacement and repairing, new garment related issues. Keep records for garments received from laundry. Validate invoice and coordinate with production executive for invoice approval. Monitoring of lockers on monthly/ Weekly basis. Coordinate with Laundry person during laundry audit and raise issue faced by food handlers. Set up reviews with Executive team on monthly basis. Assist QA and Production Executive during Laundry audit.oFacility and infrastructure Coordinate with all departments for facility related complaints. Coordinate with vendors for facility related work to close all observation points raised by all department team members. Follow applicable order management process for service and material related to facility ETP Coordinate with an ETP person for his daily task. Check records and reports maintained by ETP supervisor and report to production executives. Coordinate with QA staff for COD/BOD analysis for sample submission and its outcome. Take guidance from FSMS team leader /QA lead for corrective measures if any. Keep records for all meter readings related to ETP plant and verification needs to be done by Production executive. Validate invoice and coordinate with production executive for invoice approval Pest control Inspect buildings and the surrounding environment for signs of pest infestation. Check reports and records maintained by Pest control vendor and do verification. Coordinate with pest control person for all pest related queries. Coordinate with pest control vendor for internal pest audits and close all auditobservations and report to concern person on time basis. Validate invoice and coordinate with production executive for invoice approval Utility Make utility persons (boiler and ammonia) roaster on monthly basis and take approval from Production executive. Validate invoice and coordinate with production executive for invoice approval.
