  • Should be able to analyze the different HR data points to understand trends and create relevant engagement initiatives and also inform key metrics to leaders
  • Actively contribute towards centrally run programs & new initiatives for India organization
  • HR Generalist function for grievance handling, employee connects, high performer retention
  • Compliance of centrally & globally driven HR Programs around performance management, employee engagement, roles & competencies framework
