Job Description

    • Recruitment & Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews. Coordinate and manage new employee orientation and the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Employee Relations:Support the HR Manager in addressing employee relations concerns. Provide guidance on resolving conflicts and managing disputes in a professional manner. Help handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Performance Management:Assist in managing the performance appraisal process by scheduling reviews, tracking employee performance, and assisting managers in identifying areas for improvement. Help in developing and implementing performance improvement plans for employees in need of additional support.
    • Compliance & Administration:Ensure that all company policies and procedures are aligned with Indian labor laws and industry standards. Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Training & Development:Assist in identifying training and development needs across the organization. Help organize professional development programs and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills. Facilitate internal workshops as necessary.
    • HR Reporting & Analytics:Prepare HR-related reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, recruitment success, and training effectiveness. Assist in the creation of HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals and growth.
