Please find the following Details: Position : HR Analytics Manager Location: Lower Parel - Mumbai Duties & Responsibilities: To independently lead development of visualizations /dashboards / analytical reports and represent large, complex sets of data through visual representation in area of HR Lead and Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand and analyze user requirements Leverage analytics and visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact based decision making & deliver transformative solutions to business and HR partners that are aligned to industry best practices Work closely with functional teams to identify key data requirements, standardize data management and develop key data templates required by different stakeholders Desired Candidate Profile Person has to have hands on experience on Python, Creating Macros and R. These are mandatory requirements. Basic qualifications: Bachelors Degree desired in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MBA in HR or Qualified Chartered Accountant 3-6 years of in HR Analytics/Data Visualization or Business Intelligence, ideally within consulting environment implementing high-value solutions Professional Skills: Passionate about analytics and enabling data-driven decision making; Ability to manage multiple projects at one time; Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated to deliver both independently and with strong team collaboration Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities Ability to creatively take on new challenges and work outside comfort zone ,
