Graduate in any stream or Post Graduate degree / PG Diploma in HR Skills- Experience Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills. Well organized, analytical minded and details oriented. Strong administration skillsThe ability to work accurately, with attention to detail. Ability to focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines. Duties- Responsibilities Proper maintenance and operations of particular client in terms of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors. Co- ordination with other department for overall smooth functioning. Coordinate with office boy for day- to- day activities. Maintain discipline and decorum in the office. Coordination with Sales team. Vendor payments and petty cash management. Manage and complete the joining and on boarding process once the candidates selection is complete. Manage attendance and leave for all employees in a organised, timely and accurate manner.Highlight irregular attendance, suggest corrective measures and resolves queries in reference to leave attendance. Handle the entire payroll cycle for the organisation. This is a mandatory requirement.
