OUR CLIENTS ARE SOME OF THE BEST FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES!HR Associates responsibilitiesJob BriefWe are looking for an HR Associate to support our HR Operations, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, training and assisting the HR manager to onboard them, maintaining documents and databases, and supporting the HR operations department in various aspects.Your role as a Senior HR Associate will be far from one-dimensional. You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you will also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR-related topics.The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Reporting LineThe position reports to the HR manager, who will provide broad supervision.Responsibilities - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process.Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.Assist in development and implementation of human resource policiesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Undertake tasks around performance management.Ensure compliance with labor regulations.Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.Support the HR operations department in various aspects including, but not limited to auditing organization processes, standard operating procedures.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and organizing team building activities.Requirements - Proven experience of at least 1 year as an HR Generalist.Any graduation.Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.Good communication and people skills.Desire to work in a team with a results driven approach.Additional HR training will be a plus
