You will recruit, train, and challenge high-performing team leaders, utilising your strong grasp of engagement, organisational development, change management, rewards and performance, talent management and leadership development.- Our Technology transformation offers a unique opportunity to impact global trade via the largest transport and logistics company in the world. - Organization Design and Structure to ensure optimum manning and role clarity across levels and the right span of control- Responsible for Digitization & harmonization of various HR processes.- Support in finalising and implementation of the first HR systems in the organization in a phase wise manner along with the change management for deployment and stabilising the platform.- Ensuring resource planning and right talent acquisition for business continuity- Managing the onboarding and induction of new joinees to create the feeling of belonging, acclimatise them to the organization and ensure they have the requisite skills and tools to successfully perform their job- HR BP plus Corporate HR 2-4 years of experience, need someone with a strategic orientation, design thinking, experience of COE, designing some HR Systems, approach.- Folks with exposure to Org design, Talent management, making HR Policies, preferred. - Would prefer folks from SIBM, SCMHRD, MDI Gurgaon, XISS, TISS, XLRI, XISS Ranchi. though for an enterprising candidate pedigree is not critical.,
