Job Description

  • Manpower Planning Monitor headcount budgets, actuals and staff movements with the business groups Managing staff data towards structure alignment and data reporting as required Support with data solutions, validation and stress-testing model Work towards preparing the central plan, monitoring on ground implementation and working with the regional business and HR teams for staff retention Leadership Hiring Support activities on competition mapping Work with the HR CoEs on process design including suggesting best practices Support Lead-HR BP with candidate closures Succession Planning & Internal Talent Elevations Creation of internal talent profiles for assigned senior staff Ensure internal data sources are aligned on HR knowledge of existing talent base Talent Management & Mobility Support with driving IDPs Monitor progress and milestones of IDPs Aggregate data available from various sources and initiatives run to ensure talent management strategies are getting delivered.
  • Partner with regional teams to build talent insights on people across the country Org Structure Management & Design Provide working business insights for decision making on structures Competition Mapping Employee Connect Working with regional teams and the Lead HRBP on employee engagement in regions Dipsticks on employee connect initiatives Performance Management Reviewing incremental / new JDs and providing inputs for approval from the Head HR BP, using business insights Running the R&R; Process for business units assigned Flagging of salary capped cases in advance for role movements Data management during the performance management process Support Rating validations Retention Management Implementing the agreed retention management plan jointly with respective CoEs Employee Communication & D&I; initiatives Deliver employee communication basis agreed HR communication Supporting Lead HR BP towards driving all D&I; initiatives (including gender diversity especially at senior levels).
