    • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
    • Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market best practice opportunities that will enhance processes.
    • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).Provide compensation support including compensation bands validation, on time payroll inputs, and research on external branding
    • Create robust communication forums and facilitate employee engagement initiatives on a regular basis
    • Ensure on-time functional deliverables, compliance of HR operations, prepare the report on effectiveness and look for trends and draws inferences to influence future direction
    • Identify automation scope and implement relevant HRIS platform
    Ideal ProfileSkills Required
    • You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT.
    • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
    • Experience in building partnerships and advising multiple stakeholders.
    • Ability to handle sensitive / highly confidential information professionally.
    • Sound business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
