Job Description

    Location: Fort , CSTQualification: MBA in HRExperience: 2 to 4 Yrs.Reports to: Sr. manager HRJob Responsibilities
    • To handle the entire process of recruitment & Selection.
    • To ensure that the pre & post joining formalities are completed.
    • To create, maintain and update the HR - MIS.
    • To smoothen the Induction and orientation process for the new joinees.
    • Responsible for implementing the HR policy.
    Core CompetenciesFunctional:
    • Good understanding of Talent Management process
    • Experience of preparing and validating Job Descriptions
    • Does have a basic knowledge of HR MIS
