Client of Mployed Solutions is a Media Company looking for a HR executive.Designation : HR ExecutiveLocation : AndheriResponsibilities :

  • Workforce Planning and Employment
    • Implementing the organizations recruiting strategy
    • Interviewing applicants
    • Administering pre-employment tests
    • Assisting with completing background investigations
    • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
    • Maintain employee personnel records.
    • Identify future staffing needs
  • HR Development
    • Conducting training sessions
    • Administering on-the-job training programs
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
    • Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
    • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
    • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
