Job Description

  • Recruitment: Handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Employee induction & on- Boarding
  • Payroll: Coordinating for Payroll by providing necessary inputs of data collected, Statutory Compliances, PF
  • Conducting induction of new joiners followed by all the All the joining formalities like employment form,
  • bank forms, PF forms and collecting all the relevant documents to open a new employee record.
  • HR Letters: Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Appraisal Letter.
  • Employee Engagement activities: Arranging and participating Birthday Celebration, fun events, Parties and
  • other morale boosting and enjoyment activities for employees.
  • Background Verification check: Conducting employment and background verification check of new employee.
  • HR Reports: Responsible for generating HR
  • .MIS Reports :like monthly induction analysis feedback report, Recruitment tracker, Background check report.
