Position: Executive/Sr Executive HR (As per year of experience) Our group companies websites are: Personnel Search Services Ray & Berndtson Personnel Selexions Website: www.lobostaffing.com KRAs:- 1. On boarding Formalities & Orientation 2. Inputs, employee data maintenance 3. Ensures accurate payment to employees. 4. Audit Reconciliation for all Billing & Payout details. 5. Processing other reimbursement like L.T.A, traveling reimbursement, working on incentive calculations, bonus calculations, etc. 6. Collecting Investment Declaration/review on time from Staffers/Employees. Verifying the actual Investment proof. 7. Maintaining files of all hard copies of input and reimbursements, IT declaration and actual investment proofs. At the end of the year, ensure all documents are binded properly and delivered to customer. 8. Manage statutory compliances for all client companies and co-ordinate the same with internal departments. 9. Ensuring relevant payroll information is provided to other internal departments (eg. PF, PT, TDS etc). 10. Strictly adhere to all deadlines committed to clients. 11. Be responsible to query resolution and ensure all queries are resolved. This includes queries through mail and issue base. 12. Preparation of full and final settlements and ensure the same is checkedRequired Candidate profileCandidate should have decent english communication skills.Atleast one year of experience in on boarding, induction and attendance management.Should have hands on experience on MS-Excel.,
