Job Description

    Company PORTERDesignation - Trainee Business Associate (HR Generalist) Support the HRBP with day to day HR operation tasks (on system & offline) to carry out different project/ deliverable related tasks Conduct day to day activities as outlined by the HRBP within a defined timeline Liaise with stakeholders for necessary tasks as required Actively track deliverables as defined Support on boarding, documentation, employee engagement activities. Handle multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining strong attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite Ability to handle data and organize it basis functional requirements Coordinate with multiple teams/ stakeholders for gathering the necessary informationExperience: 8 MONTHS - 2 YEARSLocation: Andheri East, MumbaiQualification : Graduates/ Post graduatesSalary : Upto 3.5 LPA
