New Joinee Formalities/ Exit formalities/ Induction Maintaining the Employee Master system {Salary, Designation, etc. } Manage the HR system, update new employee & data management {attendance, Leaves, Extra Working} Filing and Tracking the KRA for every quarter Tracking Performance management data Drafting & Updating HR Policies applicable to Employee and Employer as per the Law Processing Salary, compensation & benefits, Leave Encashment.
