Experience of about 10~12 years in company with manufacturing, sales and distribution of branded products.Experience of handling team size of 100+ (Sales Team across the country).Fluent in English and exposure to multiple Languages.Technology savvy and Presentation Skills.Frequent Travel may be necessary.Reporting to Sales Head + DirectorWork with company COO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.Creating an environment of open communication.Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.Creating and approving budgets for all the departments.Helping make the payroll of the company.Organizing important events of the organization.Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.Overseeing the termination process of an employee.Counselling employees who are stressed.Working with departmental heads during appraisals.Introducing employee wellness programs.Creating company policies based on best practices.Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.Administrative responsibility of HO.Monitoring function areas of contract workers.Basic office compliances as applicable on a time-to-time basis.Attendance monitoring of employees of Channel Sales.Timely Sales team Expenses execution.Attendance of HO employees
