Role and Responsibilities:- Run all HR Operations and ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR processes & policies by the team. Keep overall control of the personnel/ human resource function comprising of Talent Management, On- Boarding Process, Training & Employee Development Implementing Performance Management System and work on evolving it Drive Employee Communication Support in developing and Implementing effective Rewards & Recognition Conduct engagement programs & running CSR initiatives Ensure Employee safety, welfare, wellness & health Ensure teams grooming, progress & back- up creation Draft HR documents like letters, processes, policies, SOPs Manage day to day HR operation activities. Must have handle employee strength of 100 singly.,
