HR Manager | Careers at DG7 Solutions, Mumbai Location: Vasai East (1 Min walk from railway station). Candidates with experience in hiring for various Digital Marketing roles will be preferred. Candidates with exposure to digital marketing will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. Nurture a positive working environment. Maintain pay plan and benefits programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review and safety. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Maintaining department records and reports. Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures. Proactively maintaining the work culture and discipline Induction and new employee training. Requirements: Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive. People oriented and results driven. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In- depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.,
