Direct HR programs to ensure the HR requirements in India are met; Liaises with MD and Managers in India to develop and implement local HR programs that support business requirements and are aligned with the APAC & global overall HR strategy; Evaluates the organisations future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programmes to meet these needs; Ensures that the organization complies with all relevant regulations , laws and employment standards; Lead and develop HR team capability in Inida. Professional experience and skills required: More than 10 years HR professional experience in MNC; Bachelor degree and above with relevant major; Good business acumen; General HR management knowledge including job design , recruitment , performance management , rewards , training and development; Experience of change management is a plus; Leadership experience is a must; In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company; Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills; Excellent active listening , negotiation and presentation skills;,
