Job Description

About Company : A Design Branding agency with multi-disciplinary design firm with an office in Bangalore, India.Has also recently opened an office in Amsterdam, We have catered to client needs across various industries, having done some exemplary work with companies like BOSCH, Facebook, Instagram, Whasapp, Scania, 3M, Heinz, Reliance Industries, PhoenPe, Swiggy, Titan, Tanishq, Crocs, Reliance Digital, AISATS ( Airindia SATS) etc. Roles and Responsibility : Positon: Human Resource Manager Department: Human Resources

Experience: 3-6 years (experience in start-up environment is preferred)

Industrial Background: Advertising Agency/ Branding Agency/ Design Agency preferred

Job Responsibilities

Creation and Streamlining of Job Descriptions for record and recruitment reference End to end recruitment through various available recruitment portals Releasing Offer Letter 2. Staffing & On-boarding On-boarding documentation Organisation forms and letter, statutory forms

b. Employee orientation on the Date of Joining Orientation to policies, protocols, work done before, standard operating procedures for all functions

c. Online Integration: Assigning email ID, registration on HRMS, Bio-metric machine and Server log-in creation

3. Performance Management Periodic Performance Review: for probation confirmation, on-the-job-learning and performance appraisal

b. Performance Appraisal: driving annual performance appraisal and providing data-based input for appraisal decisions

c. Coordinating with Team Managers for identification of SWOT, Improvement Areas and Learning & Development Need

4. Learning & Development

a. Identifying Learning & Development opportunities within and outside the organisation coordinating with teams for participation

Facilitating knowledge sharing across teams: Project presentations, learning, exposure through events, etc. Integrating L&D outputs with performance improvement and appraisal 5. Employee Engagement Conducting employee engagement events to ensure positive environment at workplace Employee Birthday celebrations, Special occasions, etc. Handling employee queries and grievances with shortest possible turnaround time Periodic employee one-on-ones for keeping employees motivated 6. Employer Branding Representing the organisation at various platforms Campus visits for positioning KREO as a preferred employer Highlighting KREO s achievements on online and offline mediums Creating and editing KREO Employee Manual, KREO Value Book, Recruitment Brochures, etc. Creation and Streamlining of organisation policies Facilitating implementation of organisation policies 8. Attendance and Payroll

a. Maintaining attendance and leave records to ensure that the work is not affected at any point in time

Integrating attendance data for preparing payroll Coordinating with consultant for payroll processing and statutory compliance processing 9. Statutory Compliance Maintaining personnel records and statutory records Staying abreast with the statutory regulations for implementations and changes within the organisation

c. Coordinating with the consultant to ensure that statutory compliance is up-to-date and in complete adherence

10. Office Administration Coordination Coordinating for Birthday Celebrations card and cake, etc. Coordinating for IT assets allocation and record keeping Coordinating to avert hygiene issues in the office Coordinating for allocation of assets as and when required for employees
