Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Responsible to look after/involve into policy framing, its implementation and review.
    2. Responsible to streamline all the HR working procedures by creating SOPs.
    3. Accountable to support company functions/operations to recruitment team to develop effective Man power Planning System, timely - optimizing Vacancy masters and charting out plans to timely recruit/deploy resources.
    4. Responsible to ensure proper Hosting of the Guests, Interview Candidates ensuring their pleasant stay with us for the purpose.
    5. Ensure all the joining formalities, filing of documents and other procedures are done properly by the team.
    6. Responsible to ensure induction of all new joiners as per policy procedure.
    7. Responsible to ensure a robust system for HR operations including Salary /Benefit (Including Bonus, Entitlements), Time Attendance (including Leave/Leave Management System), Grievance Handling, Full final / Statutory -Casualty-Claim Settlements medical aid being Administered in a standard vogue.
    8. Responsible to ensure Provision of Developmental/Welfare functions.
    9. Responsible for compliance of HR Administrative based services as per businesss policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
    10. Responsible for ensuring time bound compliance on PF/ ESIC/Minimum Wages Act/ Insurance Policies and other statutory requirement
    Desired Candidate Profile
    1. Zeal to learn.
    2. Graduation/ MBA in Human Resources / Relevant field.
    3. 3 yrs. of experience in EPC contracting firm/ Infrastructure Company/ Manufacturing plant.
    4. Should have good communication and time management skills.
    5. Must have knowledge of Minimum Wages Act/ PF/ESIC and various legal compliances / statutory requirements.
