Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLEToppr is looking for an HR Manager. As HR Manager, youll have sole authority for the implementation and maintenance of HR Management System. Youll be the point of contact between the organization and HRMS service provider. In this role, youll be the custodian of HR guidelines and policy framework by actively engaging with managers across all functions to create consensus. HOW YOULL RAMPIn First Week
  • Topprs journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
  • Understand the HR management systems and policies to operate smoothly within the organization.
By Day 30
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects. Ensure smooth implementation of assigned projects across pan India offices.
  • Work with the leadership and the HR team to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives
  • Coordinate with BU-HRs for project activities aligned with statutory requirements in India.
By Day 90
  • Take complete ownership to develop and monitor actionable HR dashboards to track key HR metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for driving the people agenda through robust HR offerings. Improve employee life cycle management and talent engagement via continual changes in HRMS.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed business school.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR with an in-depth understanding of HR systems, relevant local/national labor laws, and statutory compliance is must.
  • Experience of managing HRMS/HRIS for 500+ employees based out of multiple locations.
  • Prior work experience in a startup will be a big plus.
