Job Description

    SALARY: 4 LPA QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate / MBA in HR MALE/FEMALE: Both EXPERIENCE: 3 + yrs JOB DETAILS Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys objectives and values. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees. Develop and maintain employee records, including incentive calculations, personnel files, training records, and performance evaluations. Manage the HR budget, including payroll and benefits expenses. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
