Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for processing the full and final at the time of employee exit 2. Preparing employee reports with respect to: - Full and final report - Attrition Report - Reconciliation Report 3. Responsible for MIS with respect to pay-outs which include: - Leave calculation - Employee incentives - LTA calculation - Bonus & Gratuity 4. Knowledge of general HR related tasks, excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen and respond to employee queries 5. Ability to maintain highly confidential & sensitive information Candidate Eligibility: 1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resource Management is required 2. 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations required 3. Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others 4. Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills 5. Should have hands-on experience in MIS reporting and other excel functions like V-lookup, H-lookup, excel formula etc. ,
