Job Description

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
    1. Support to wages and compensation benefit processes
    2. Statutory compliance management includes PF ESIS and MLWF
    3. Audit, verification and correction of processes and documents
    4. Coordination with the clients and service providers at PAN India level for statutory compliance management
    5. Should perform all the duties from Onboarding till exit formalities.
    6. Should know statutory challan generation.
    7. Filing and documenting records in the software (HRIS Software)
