The HR Operations Associate role will handle global operations related to talent acquisition, talent management, Global Mobility, employee life cycle management and employee queries.Candidates for our HR Operations Team will need to have a helpful, proactive attitude and a keen willingness to take full ownership of all HR administrative duties.He She will have exposure to a high level of confidential information and therefore requires an individual who is discreet, has exceptional attention to detail and has the ability to build strong relationships with HR Partners, Employees and Managers remotely.Responsibilities:Support and manage the administration processes for onboarding and induction of new joiners, employee benefits, employee relations, immigration, talent, exit management, performance management and the Year End compensation and promotion process. This includes:Talent Acquisition OperationsInterview management and provisioningBackground investigation coordination with empaneled vendorsOffer letter management, onboarding and induction facilitation of new hiresWorking on requisite HR systems like Taleo and WorkdayEmployee Life Cycle changesProcessing Employee life cycle changes like transfers, job movements, terminationsProcessing inputs for PayrollHandling all types of employee letter issuance like reference letters, visa invitation letters, etc.Benefits and policy administration in liaison with HR partners and empaneled vendorsInvoice managementReportingRequisition creation and managementExit management and administrationHandling employee queries and liaising with HR Partners on a daily basisGlobal Mobility operationsCoordinating for international transfers and managing the employee mobility process. Managing the administration process in line with corresponding legislation and compliance procedures.Performing end to end global mobility operations including writing emails, responding to phone calls, giving inputs to internal teams for data managementAbility to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholdersManaging vendors involved in global mobility process and ensuring Service Provider vendors are efficient in managing the inbound and outbound relocation activities in timely manner.Preparing reports and related analysis of dataManaging Functional emailsqueries on case management toolGlobal Mobility policy support and interpretationTalent Management OperationsProvisioning for conducting implementing training programsCoordination with external and internal trainersMaintaining and reporting on all training participation data through the learning management system (LMS)General AdministrationMaintaining accurate data in all HR Systems like Workday and Taleo on timely basisMonitoring the case management tool and be the first point of contact for general HR queriesProviding administrative support for annual or ad hoc HR projectsLead various assigned projects that benefit HR functionsPartner in automation initiatives.Desired experience and qualifications:Bachelor s or master s degree in any fieldA minimum experience of 5 years in HR OperationsExperience in Human Resources OperationsAdministration in a matrix, international organizationExperience working in a HR shared services set up is preferredGeneral awareness of India Payroll, PF and Compliance would be an advantageExperience of India BenefitsSuperior English verbal and written communication skillsEfficient organizing e.g. task management, prioritization, etc.Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPointStakeholder relationship management experience with a proven record of accomplishment and experienceStrong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projectsHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to work individually or within a teamAbility to provide efficient and reliable assistance, whilst maintaining attention to detailFamiliarity with using HR systems technologies and SharePoint is a plus.Knowledge of WorkdayTaleo would be an advance.Experience in the financial service industry is a plusDue to the great number of applications we receive for each of our open vacancies, we are unable to respond on an individual basis
