Job Description

    Urgent requirement | Hr payroll | 2 month | 25k | Wagle Estate, Thane (W)-The Human Resource Department performs various activities.Such as processing, maintaining salary details of every employee in the organization.keeping track of deductions, time and attendances, loans, allowance and bonuses.Candidates must know how to generate challans like PF, ESIC, PT Return, Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.Ensuring EmployeeBenefits including employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.Responsible for MIS and analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with standardization of reports for better decision making.Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheetsCalculating bonuses and allowancesPreparing employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll softwareProven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar roleStrong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errorsGood knowledge of labor legislationTime-management skillsAbility to handle confidential informationTally expert, mail drafting and fluent EnglishFor more information call hidden_mobile
