Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
    • Take care of various kinds of paperwork related to employee filings which includes filing from entry to exit.
    • Coordinate for employee monthly timesheets, arranging it department wise, taking signature from respective superiors within stipulated due date, filling it properly from audit point of view.
    • Preparing, updating and verify attendance register as per attendance software.
    • Preparing and issuing ID cards as well as access control in coordination with the vendors.
    • Collection, Sorting and Dispatching insurance papers on weekly basis. Also follow up with employees as well as Paramount for clearing deficiencies.
    • Ensuring that every new joiner completed mandatory trainings before initiate work post joining.
    • Ensuring smooth exit formalities. Exitgets filled and resignation acceptance letters issued before relieving of employees.
