Job Description

Role: You will be playing a key role in analysing the need and assist the HR Team in developing and implementing various HR processes & policies. We look to you to be excited about analysing and solving HR Operations related issues for a rapidly growing organisation in the fastest growing segment of payment industry. You should be excited and remain energetic while witnessing the transformation of HR Process, Practices and Policies and will be playing a key role in this migration. Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop & implement HR policies, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and to contribute to the development of the HR Function
  2. Administer all employee benefit programs with conjunction with the Department Heads
  3. Activite participation in various HR activites like managing Payroll inputs, Management, Salary Revisions, Grievance Handling, employee welfare, employee satisfaction etc. If you enjoy doing multitasking at fast pace and quality focused environment you will just enjoy every day with us.
  4. Play a pivotal role in migration from manual to a HRMS system in the organisation.
  5. Compensation benchmarking exercise to be done after the initial HRMS is set up.
While you will have active participation in all above mentioned activities, you will also assist team in day to day HR Operational activities, like:
  • Creating real time payroll inputs
  • Managing documentation and induction
  • Handling day to day queries of employess.
  • Coordination with other G&A teams like Admin, Finance, IT-Admin & Facilities.
  • Maintaining database / personal files of employees
  • Managing employee master updation, preparing various letters.
  • Managing Attendance and Leave Management
  • Maintaining MIS Reports
  • Managing exit process
Required Candidate profileRequirements:
  • Willingness to work as an Individual Contributor in a team.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with mid-size or large process driven organisation. You should have relevant and hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics & Generalist activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and people ceneteric approach.
  • Should have willingness to learn and open to do multitasking.
  • MBA in Human Resource Management preferrably from a premium B Schools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving approach.
