Job Description

We are looking for HR Tech Specialist who would have a good understanding of our HR technology platform of SAP SuccessFactors, which is a critical part of our company s Strategic HR objectives. The focus of the role will be to provide system administrative support to Vistra HR Group s technical requirements & converting them into specific results, part of SAPs HCM suite. The role will help to identify areas of improvement where possible and work in close liaison with SAP and/or PoIT (technology service partners) and Vistra HR team s business process owners. This is an individual contributor role at an Assistant Manager level & will report into HR Tech Program Manager; this will be a part of the HR Shared services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation and ongoing system administration of our SAP SuccessFactors HCM system in collaboration with HR Leadership and business process owners.
  • Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on the system release specifications, managing system changes and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders and/or business process owners
  • Should be able to clearly understand various roles that exist in Vistra Human resources and drive SuccessFactors role based permissions to provide them the access that they need to execute their work effectively. Revisit them as and when needed per HR SLTs advise.
  • Conduct regular timely meetings with HR teams/3rd party vendors as appropriate and help share regular meeting minutes
  • Ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to for any deliverables produced
  • Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the target audience as needed together
  • Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration and test workflows
  • Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for each release, as it deems appropriate
  • Responsible for testing end to end integrations between SAP Success factor and any internal applications and support data transformation activities for data migration and system integration
  • Perform regular system monitoring & communicate planned systems downtimes as appropriate

Relevant Experience & Skills

Well versed in analysis, configuration, testing, training, implementation and post implementation support, technical and functional specifications.
  • Should have 3 - 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Should possess basic understanding of API/ODATA Integration & experienced in Object Oriented ABAP like Class/ methods is a plus
  • Implementation and testing of Success factors integration with any external/Local country applications, building and managing integrations using SAP Success factors Integration centre, SFAPIs / SF Extension Center would be the key
  • Experience with at least two full-cycle large enterprise level SuccessFactors implementation
  • Expert in SAP QA documentation with good communication skills Hands on experience in Data Migration from Legacy to SuccessFactors system
  • SAP Certification in the full HCM Suite (Recruitment, On boarding, EC, PMGM, Compensation, Time Off, Succession Planning, L&D) is a Plus
  • Employee Central implementation, In-depth exposure of the Success Factor implementation cycle including Documentation, Configuration and end user training.
  • Expertise in workflow configuration settings and approval process
  • Person should bring in expertise to improve SAP SF process and highlight risk areas of any ongoing development
  • Professional Qualifications

    A relevant full time master s degree preferred in Computer Science/BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred. ,
