Job Description

Your Role:

  • Be the culture ambassador of FanCode - nurture the core values of FanCode in FanCoders and maintain the culture code
  • Build scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all FanCoders
  • Plan the growth management policy of all FanCoders based on 360-feedback and people manager training programs
  • Ensure an amazing work experience to every FanCoder from on-boarding to final settlement formalities
  • Create and develop the FanCode employee engagement program
  • Devise innovative ways to build and grow the FanCode employer brand
Must Have:
  • Experience and Autonomy : 5-8 years experience in HRBP and partnering with business leaders independently (the extent of independence is important)
  • Achievements: Manage HR Programs - engagement, performance, C&B to deliver excellent people and business results
  • Creative curiosity: Innovation around key HR programs - M&A, rebadging, GPTW, people policies etc. to meet business needs
Good to Have:
  • Loves sports
  • Prior experience of working in a fast paced startup
