Job Description

Dear Candidates,Greetings from Golden Opportunities!Job Title: HR Operation Leave of Absence Analyst/ Sr AnalystShift: Should be flexible to work in any shift including night shiftJD & Responsibility:

  • Process incoming service requests received through the Contact CentreEmail or Web Portal
  • Process employee leave requestswhich includes verifying eligibilitytracking leave statusand provide support services to employees on leave
  • Obtain sufficient information to research and complete the service requestsKey manual entries or answer query from client employees
  • Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary
  • Provide informationadvice and guidance to clients (individualsmanagersclient HRclient representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidential nature of the work area.
  • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
  • Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools and applications used for Leave and Absence Administration.
  • Understanding the end to end processes of Leave and Absence Administration including Client Policies
  • State or any governing bodys regulation.
  • Generate all required reports from Database as per the agreed timelines and send it to the required Stakeholders (Payroll & Benefits Team)
  • Provide appropriate support processes and ensure compliance in adhering to client policies/practices.
Candidate Specification:
  • Need to have minimum of 3 plus years of work experience in Leave of Absence from a BPO Industry
  • Prior experience of handling policy discussion calls on FMLAHIPAA & ADA is a must.
  • Need to have prior experience with the following applications: Workday & Service Now
  • Candidate should be open to work with night shifts.
  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
