Dear Candidate,Greetings from Golden Opportunities!Job Title : HR Operation Employee RelationOur client is a multinational company that provides services in strategyconsulting,digital,technology and operationsJD & Responsibility:

  • In-depth understanding of HRO processes
  • Drive Operational Excellence within Team. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required.
  • Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible.
  • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
  • Creates a logical planrealistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.
  • Assist Team with performing Root Cause Analysis on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of processas required.
  • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce timeimproved accuracy or enhance controls
  • Work collaboratively with all internal & Third party stakeholders to achieve Business goals.
  • Ensure that the Team is adequately staffed and resources have the right skills required for the job.
Candidate Specification:
  • Need to have minimum of 5 plus years of work experience in Employee relations from a BPO Industry
  • Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices
  • Candidate should be willing to work in Rotational Night shifts.
  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices
  • Should have prior People Mgmt experience
